 Personal Training
Be prepared to sweat as one of Velocity's trainers puts you through a series of different exercises that are geared towards you achieving your goals and needs. In the first couple sessions, you will be taught proper form and technique if needed. Each session is one hour in length and we will bring any equipment needed for your workout if not available at your home or office.
Velocity also has access to fitness studios in the Toronto area for the individual who is more comfortable in a gym atmosphere.
Bottom line, we want you to get great results and feel great about yourself.

 Athletic Conditioning
With athletic training, the main focus is performance. You train because you want to move better, faster and with more power than the next person. If you want to become a better athlete, you’re not going to do it pumping away on bench or leg press. Athletes need to be able to stabilize and control their bodies in all planes of motion simultaneously while creating usable power. A good strength and conditioning program improves overall athletic performance, not just gym lift numbers.

 Boot Camp
This "Full Body Blast" Boot Camp is to improve ones strength, conditioning, agility and balance as well as overall fitness. This program will concentrate on strengthening your abs and lower back while providing a full body workout. Having muscle balance throughout your core is important in sports, fitness activities and improves posture. Velocity’s Boot Camp will challenge all of your fitness goals while enjoying the beautiful outdoors.
We aim to motivate and encourage through positive reinforcement and feedback. Our mission is to provide a fun-filled program designed to challenge and motivate you.

 Wedding Preparation / Personalized Programmimg
Wedding season is fast approaching, and you’ll likely either be in a wedding or invited to one this summer. Wedding preparation should incorporate both exercise and healthy eating. You should start your program a minimum of three months away, however, depending on the timeline, motivation and fitness goals you have, this program may begin as early as six months before the wedding.

 Grocery Store Safari
This is probably the first and biggest step to eating healthier. Your trainer starts by teaching you how to read the labels on the items in your own kitchen and pantry. Next we go to the grocery store where you’re shown how to make smarter choices on the foods you like!

 Rates

    Personal Training - $89/session (1 hour sessions)
    Athletic Conditioning - $89/session (1 hour sesions)
    Boot Camp/Group Exercise - $250/month per person (maxium 10 people per group)
    Wedding Preparation - Personalized Programming - $89/session (1 hour sessions)
    Grocery Store Safari - $90 (1 hour session)
