Oprah’s Favorite Things 2010 consists of Nike Sneakers footwear, diet plan book for soul

For ladies committed to beauty from the inside out, here are items of interest on Oprah Winfrey’s “Ultimate Favorite Things” 2010 list.

* Lulemon Athletica’s yoga trousers. They are relaxed-fit, drawstring pants and supposedly globally complementing. At $98, they better be. “I have got to tell you,” Oprah states, “anything that cuts your butt by 50 percent ought to be your favorite factor too!”

* Nike’s “Free Run+” Shoes. According to Nike, they’re designed to mimic your own natural stride, which beefs up foot muscles. Nike says this leads to a much more efficient workout. Oprah states: “It’s the next greatest factor to being barefoot. They weigh close to nothing.” They’re priced at $85.00.

* Oprah also recommends a hair product: Andre Walker’s Ultimate Gift Set, which consists of Keratin Shampoo, keratin conditioner, Q-oil for spkarkling shine and root-covering hair make-up. Walker claims his products are natural, but everyone’s litmus test for “nontoxic” or “less toxic” is different.
