What is the best moisturizing organic shampoo?

I currently use Biolage Hydrotherapie Shampoo and am looking for a shampoo that is as good or better than it- and all natural. Many “organic” companies seem to have half and half ingredients- some are natural and others are synthetic. I’m trying to find a truly all-Natural Shampoo. I tend to need really creamy shampoos and conditioners for my hair. I have tried Burt’s Bees moisturizing shampoo and it was still too dry for me and wasn’t thick enough. Thanks for any suggestions. =)
