Avoid contact with excessive heat. Stop the use of hair dryers and hair straightening irons. Secondly never wash your hair with hot water as they tend to deprive your hair from important natural hair oils which are beneficial for your hair during winters.

Hot oil treatments are suggested during winters and if you will cover your head with a towel to keep it warm for longer then you will see marvelous outcome.
